The project
The project asks how Lebanon can expand a digital and AI-enabled services economy while connecting its skilled workforce more directly to international labour markets, particularly Germany.
It combines remote-workforce mapping, analysis of German labour demand, international benchmarking and regulatory assessment in data governance, payments and digital contracts — looking for practical pathways, not slogans.
