The question
How do you strengthen public institutions and civil society at the same time during a political transition?
The project
The initiative works on both sides of the table. Members of Parliament join a leadership academy focused on adaptive leadership, democratic governance and institutional development. Youth-led organisations join a parallel civil-society academy on civic engagement, negotiation and organisational capacity.
The pilot is meant to test a model that can later grow into a longer programme — and to open constructive channels between public institutions, civil society and citizens.
