The question
What does a political conversation between Lebanon and Germany look like in practice?
The project
The programme combined the launch of the Lebanon Dossier and a public discussion on war, reform, reconstruction and regional security with meetings at the German Federal Foreign Office, exchanges with SWP experts, engagement with FNF’s international leadership, and participation in the Free Democrats’ Federal Party Conference.
These are treated as one project: several channels for dialogue on Lebanon’s political transition, German–Lebanese relations, European engagement and liberal political cooperation.
