The question
What does courage look like as daily practice, not a speech?
Human rights inside the security sector
The question
How do human-rights principles become everyday practice inside a security institution?
The project combines updated training resources, Training of Trainers for ISF officers, peer-led sessions and engagement with the ISF’s leadership, Human Rights Department, training institute and gender focal point.
The longer-term aim is a sustainable internal model for human-rights education — accountable, transparent, gender-sensitive policing as institutional culture, not a workshop that ends when the trainers leave.
